The Owl Bar is your warm, friendly, casual neighborhood bar located in the Rice Village moments away from the Medical Center, Rice University, West University Place, Upper Kirby, and Montrose. Since 2010, we have made Kirby Drive, West Alabama, and now Dunstan Street in the Rice Village our home. We are the perfect place to make new friends, catch up with old ones, celebrate, drink, dance, relax, explore, and have fun.
